A couple of days ago, Facebook launched comment replies on Facebook pages and profiles. With a post on Facebook’s developer blog, Facebook announced yesterday, that they’re updating their API to help brands “monitor and respond to comments and replies.” The updated API now support different views (Top Level Comments, Replies and Comment Stream). If you are a developer, see the source link below for further information on how to get started.

The Top Level Comments: The comments that are on the post (and are not replies to individual comments) are called “top level comments.”

Replies: “Comments on comments are called “replies.”

Comment Stream: “The “stream” view provides comments in chronological order, so it’s easy for you to just get what’s new.”
