From November 8 through November 11, fans celebrated the Halo series with HaloFest, where gameplay footage was shown for Halo 5: Guardians. It was a multiplayer exhibition match, based on the beta build, which all owners of the Master Chief Collection will be given access to on December 29. The Master Chief Collection itself has been well-received, although it’s been plagued with matchmaking difficulties. These multiplayer troubles have cast a momentary shadow over the Master Chief Collection, but 343 Industries is working to resolve them. Halo 5 is another matter. Not unexpectedly, fans disagree on whether it looks good or bad.
