Google plans to be your one and only source of health data, much like how Apple has done with iOS8’s Health app. Since Google Fit app has been released there has been several minor updates to it, the latest one adds new workout activities, both for the health nut and the average user.
In the first release the workouts that were available was limited to running, walking, and biking. But now you have some newer additions, including Australian football, badminton, basketball, calisthenics, curling, dancing, elliptical, fencing, gardening, hiking, ice skating, jumping rope, kickboxing, MMA, P90X, Pilates, polo, rowing, sand running, soccer, spinning, surfing, volleyball, yoga, and Zumba.
