Sling TV

There are still many of us who have yet to cut their Cable TV subscriptions and haven’t found a good enough reason to rely completely on the likes of Hulu, Netflix and others. Sling TV plans on giving you a reason to drop cable and sign up for their new package. They have recently added IFC and AMC (shows like The Walking Dead, Better Call Saul & Portlandia) to their Basic TV package (aka “Best of Live TV) and the kicker is that the cost is only a mere $20 per month.

Currently the only shows that you can watch are the ones that are broadcasted at the direct moment that they are shown (like ESPN, TBS, TNT, Adult Swim & more), but Sling TV is promising to add on-demand services in the future. We can even expect “Hollywood Extra” add-on to the package (at a $5 charge). Even movie content from EPIX and Sundance TV are coming soon too. So now you no longer have any excuses as to why you can’t convert to non-cable services any more.

Let us know what you think about Sling TV’s package and whether you will continue to stick to cable or if you have already converted like many of us have.
