If you already own a Nintendo Switchbut have plans to add another one to your collection without spending the full Switch amount, you might be in luck — at least in Japan. Nintendo just announced a “Switch 2nd Unit Set” in Japan that ships without the TV/charging dock, Joy-con grip, power cord and HDMI cable. The bundle is definitely aimed at people that already have the full Switch bundle or individuals that plan to use it as a handheld device.

For 24,980-yen ($226), the bundle comes with the Switch tablet, two Joy-Con controllers, and two Joy-Con strap attachments, giving you a savings of 5,000 yen (~$45) on the regular Switch package. If you already have a USB-C charger to power the console, then the “Switch 2nd Unit Set” would be considered a good buy. There’s no word or timeframe from Nintendo on whether “Switch 2nd Unit Set” will be sold in other regions.
