With the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for the Nintendo Switch nearing its December 7th release date, a typical nightmare scenario for Super Smash Bro fans or professional plays will be to play the game with the Nintendo Switch’s tiny controllers. Nintendo made sure this wouldn’t be the case, as the game will support the much-preferred GameCube controller which is currently available for pre-order on Amazon for $30.

After today’s Nintendo Direct, Nintendo Europe announced that it will be releasing a limited edition of the game that’ll also come with one of the controllers and the needed adapter to use it on the Switch. The only downside here is, the limited edition box will come with only one controller. If you plan to duel it out with a friend, you can grab a second pair from Amazon or third-party controller like Hori’s Switch-enhanced GameCube controllers.
